This will be a sort of experiment.

I have anxiety. Sometimes it’s just a minor thing, like stage-fright. Sometimes, it’s a panic attack and I can’t breathe, eat or sleep.

For some reason I think maybe writing down situations when it happens and how I feel about certain things might help.

And I hate sharing personal stories, and I’m afraid this might get too personal. But I kind of want to test my limits and confront my fears.

So this will probably be just short stories about what happened. They probably won’t be chronological. And it will probably be a mess.
